About M&N Legacy

Michigan roots. Straightforward home-selling options.

M&N Legacy is a Michigan real estate investment company focused on Metro Detroit and surrounding communities. We work with homeowners who are considering selling and want to better understand their options before making a decision.

Properties and circumstances are different, so our goal is to keep the conversation clear, explain how a potential transaction would work, and let the homeowner decide whether moving forward makes sense.

Our approach

Keep the process understandable

Selling a property can involve repairs, title issues, taxes, family decisions, deadlines, or simply uncertainty about what to do next. We believe homeowners should understand their options and the structure of a transaction before agreeing to anything.

Clear communication

We explain the proposed price, terms, timing, contingencies, and transaction structure so homeowners can evaluate the full picture.

Flexible situations

Every property is different. Condition, ownership, liens, taxes, probate, financing, and the homeowner's timeline can all affect what options are available.

Metro Detroit focus

Our website and homeowner resources are centered on Metro Detroit and surrounding Michigan communities.

Our story

Built around Michigan homeowners

M&N Legacy was built around a simple idea: homeowners dealing with complicated properties should be able to have a straightforward conversation about their options.

Our work focuses on Michigan properties, particularly Metro Detroit, where homeowners may be dealing with inherited homes, repairs, vacant properties, foreclosure, probate, liens, delinquent taxes, or other situations that make a traditional sale more complicated.

We also believe homeowners should know who they are dealing with. Depending on the transaction, M&N Legacy may purchase a property directly, assign its contractual interest to another qualified buyer, or work with an investment partner. The applicable transaction documents should explain the structure.

Property first

We start with the property itself, its condition, ownership, and any title, tax, repair, or timing issues that may affect the transaction.

Terms matter

Purchase price is only one part of a sale. Closing costs, repairs, contingencies, liens, taxes, and timing can all affect the final result.

Homeowner choice

Our role is to explain a potential option clearly. The homeowner decides whether that option fits their situation.

How we work

A straightforward starting point

The exact process varies by property, but the conversation usually starts the same way.

1

Tell us about the property

Share the location, condition, ownership situation, and what you are hoping to accomplish.

2

We review the details

Property condition, title, taxes, repairs, market information, and other relevant factors may be considered.

3

Discuss the options

We can explain possible next steps, including how a proposed direct-sale transaction would work.

4

Decide what fits

If an agreement is reached, the transaction proceeds according to the signed contract and closing requirements.
